A Legislative Update

Representatives from Washington REALTORS® will discuss the recent wins and losses from the 2026 legislative session.

Table Discussions over Lunch

Participants will enjoy a catered lunch and guided discussions on provided topics.

Employment Law Presentation

Two attorneys from Helsell Fetterman will present on employment issues specific to real estate brokerages, including best practices and how to avoid potential risks. Topics will include: 

  • Non-compete agreements
  • Office policies for firms with both employees and independent contractors
  • Independent contractor agreements
  • Recent cases and new developments in employment law

This is event is intended exclusively for DBs, Office Managers, and Office Leaders.
