The next iteration of the Broker/Owner Success Summit will be an informal lunch & learn at the REALTOR® office, featuring a presentation on employment law in real estate, table discussions, legislative resources, and lunch.

Two attorneys from Helsell Fetterman will present on employment issues specific to real estate brokerages, including best practices and how to avoid potential risks. Topics will include: 

  • Non-compete agreements
  • Office policies for firms with both employees and independent contractors
  • Independent contractor agreements
  • Recent cases and new developments in employment law

This is event is intended exclusively for DBs, Office Managers, and Office Leaders.
