Join us for Western Washington Chapter's first Lunch & Learn of 2025! In Honoring Black History Month, we will be facilitating an in-depth conversation on the "2024 State of Housing in Black America (SHIBA) Report" and the correlating "Home Appraisals in Black & White" report, compiled and published by the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB). These reports highlight the systemic injustices that have occurred from historic racism and the continued need for diversity, equity, and inclusion in real estate and the Pacific Northwest. You'll be hearing from two of our distinguished LGBTQ+ Alliance Chapter members and Western Washington Realtist members, Brooks Glenn and Andrea Chatard.
