IMPORTANT! Attendance requirements: This is an in-person training. To receive CE credit, attendees must sign-in and attend the full duration of class. Those who arrive more than 30 minutes late to the session will not be eligible to receive CE credit.
Instructor Bill Hensley has been a licensed broker in California for more than 25 years. Before becoming a full-time broker, trainer, and coach, Bill was an officer and supersonic jet instructor pilot in the United States Air Force, where success or failure was measured in inches while traveling more than 500 miles per hour. He is a published author of top-selling leadership books, including The Pilot: Learning Leadership, that are sold in more than 17 countries. He now spends the majority of his time bringing the lessons and insights from all of his past leadership experiences to national and international audiences.
Cancellation Policy:
*Cancellations received at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund of the registration fees, less a $15.00 credit card surcharge.
Cancellations received from thirteen (13) calendar days to three (3) calendar days prior to the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees. The remaining 50% of the registration fees can be held as a credit towards another training with the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
Cancellations received fewer than three (3) calendar days prior to the event or "no shows" are not eligible for a refund, but 100% of the registration fees can be held as a credit towards another training with the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
