The Code of Ethics: Our Promise of Professionalism
Seattle King County REALTORS® is offering the NAR required Code of Ethics Course with 3 clock hours at no cost. This course is available only to members who are in good standing with Seattle King County REALTORS®.
In this course, you will take a journey examining the professional standards enforcement process. The Articles of the Code of Ethics will be reviewed, highlighting pertinent changes and important takeaway points you can apply to your day-to-day business dealings to ensure you’re always ethical in your business practices.
You will learn:
- Recent revisions and additions to the Code of Ethics
- Tips for applying the Code’s principles and guidelines to your practice
- Options for settling disputes with clients, customers and other practitioners
This course is filled with real-life experiences, exercises and thought-provoking information.
** All REALTORS® are required to complete the REALTOR® Code of Ethics training every 3 calendar years. This is a REALTOR® membership requirement and the current three-year cycle will end December 31st, 2024.
IMPORTANT! Attendance requirements: This is an in-person training. To receive CE credit, attendees must sign-in and attend the full duration of class. Those who arrive more than 30 minutes late to the session will not be eligible to receive CE credit.
