Does It Pencil courses will teach you how to answer the only question any investor ever has about any property: is this a good deal or not?
Over 30,000 real estate brokers, appraisers and investors have attended Does it Pencil training. Most have said it’s some of the best they have ever attended. Does it Pencil training will teach you how to simply and quickly measure the only three things an investment can ever provide: appreciation, cash flow, and the combination of the two.
Does It Pencil is not a commercial course, it’s a course about investments. Does it pencil training is built on a set of specific skills that work on any real estate investment from land to condo to commercial. You’ll learn which information you need, how to organize it, and how to apply simple and powerful financial analysis tools to make the right decisions to buy, hold, and sell. Does it Pencil is taught with HP 10BII calculators or their equivalent phone apps.
Does It Pencil training doesn’t end when the class is over. Tuition includes access to the Alumni Center which includes all of your course’s lectures on video and downloadable MP3 plus additional practice problems so you can build your skills and mastery. After completing Course 2, you can take the national standards exam to become a Certified Real Estate Analyst (CREA). All of this is included in the course tuition.
