This course will be informative and interactive, with dedicated time for questions and small-group exercises to help REALTORS® understand and apply new city and county codes for middle housing and ADU development.

IMPORTANT! Attendance requirements: This is an in-person training. To receive CE credit, attendees must sign-in and attend the full duration of class. Those who arrive more than 30 minutes late to the session will not be eligible to receive CE credit.
Instructor: Clay White, Director of Planning at Kimley-Horn
With 27 years of land use planning experience, Clay has worked with private clients, cities, and counties across Washington State—nearly 18 of those years in public-sector planning and leadership roles. He has extensive expertise in housing legislation, development regulations, comprehensive planning, and statewide guidance for middle housing and ADUs.
