This course educates agents on waterfront, luxury properties, beach, docks, and usage rights and how title insurance plays a role. Through discussion and real-life examples, students will learn how to understand and accurately market the rights associated with waterfront properties. Leave class with a clear understanding of the intricate details of listing and buying waterfront properties.
