Join the Washington State Chapter of Community Associations Institute (WSCAI) and Seattle King County REALTORS^® (SKCR) for a collaborative afternoon of education and connection on Thursday, April 30, 2026, from 3:00–6:00 PM at the Washington Athletic Club.

This joint presentation brings together community association managers and real estate professionals to strengthen partnerships and enhance collaboration across the industry.

Educational Program

Gain practical insights into recent updates to resale certificates and how community managers and REALTORS^® can work more effectively together throughout the transaction process. This session is designed to strengthen communication, clarify expectations and timelines, improve efficiency, and deliver better outcomes for clients and communities.
