This 3-hour class will cover the following topics (and more):

  • Financing 1–4 unit residential properties including loan and down payment requirements;
  • Using income from the property to qualify; and
  • How to analyze the income and cash flow using several financial tools.

This course will also review alternative financing options such as Investor Cash Flow Programs, and 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges.

IMPORTANT! Attendance requirements: This is an in-person training. To receive CE credit, attendees must sign-in and attend the full duration of class. Those who arrive more than 30 minutes late to the session will not be eligible to receive CE credit.
