Financing Income Properties
Income Property loans can have different programs and guidelines compared to owner-occupied transactions, and your buyer may have questions about the rate of return the property will yield!
This 3-hour class will cover the following topics (and more):
- Financing 1–4 unit residential properties including loan and down payment requirements;
- Using income from the property to qualify; and
- How to analyze the income and cash flow using several financial tools.
This course will also review alternative financing options such as Investor Cash Flow Programs, and 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges.

IMPORTANT! Attendance requirements: Live online course will be presented via ZOOM Meeting. The link to join the meeting will be sent in the confirmation email. Students will need a device with two-way video and audio capabilities and a (free) Zoom account. To verify attendance, students must keep their camera on for the duration of the course and respond to live polls. Clock hour credit will only be given to students with their camera on, who are present and visible on their camera during the course, and who participate in course polls/chat.
