House Hacks: Out of the Box Financing Solutions

Rates are up. Inventory is down. You need to help every client possible, and that’s not always easy!

  • First-Time Buyers
  • Self-employed
  • Asset-rich/income-poor
  • Recently retired
  • Buy before you sell
  • Property condition issues, etc.
  • And more!

For different reasons, traditional financing programs don’t always work.

In this class, we’ll explore “out of the box” financing solutions for several common situations to give you the tools to help these clients and close more transactions.
