In this class, we’ll explore “out of the box” financing solutions for several common situations to give you the tools to help these clients and close more transactions.

IMPORTANT! Attendance requirements: Live online course will be presented via ZOOM Meeting. The link to join the meeting will be sent in the confirmation email. Students will need a device with two-way video and audio capabilities and a (free) Zoom account. To verify attendance, students must keep their camera on for the duration of the course and respond to live polls. She simplifies complex mortgage concepts and offers practical insights on topics like down payment assistance, jumbo loans, and creative financing solutions. Sara equips agents with the knowledge they need to guide clients, close more deals, and grow their business.
