We'll cover everything from understanding cultural needs to discussing homeownership trends in Hispanic/Latino/a communities.
This class is perfect for anyone in real estate, whether you're just starting out or have years of experience. We'll give you the tools you need to connect with clients and succeed in this growing and important market.
Speakers include a speaker from Freddie Mac, an international lawyer, financial planning specialist, bilingual lender, NWMLS instructor, and a community organizer.

IMPORTANT! Attendance requirements: This is an in-person training. To receive CE credit, attendees must sign-in and attend the full duration of class. Those who arrive more than 30 minutes late to the session will not be eligible to receive CE credit.
Instructor: Marissa Beach has been a REALTOR® in Washington State since 2014. Just a year later, she followed her passion in teaching by obtaining a certificate with the Washington State Housing Finance Commission to teach free homebuyer classes to the public. Since then, she has co-taught more than 50 five-hour homebuyer seminars in English and Spanish.
Her volunteerism includes the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals as Past President; the Asian Real Estate Association of America as Past Vice President; the Seattle King County Association of REALTORS® as Past 2023 Diversity Equity & Inclusion Chair; and Washington REALTORS® as 2024 Vice Chair of the DEI Committee and a member of the Finance Committee. In these roles, she has advocated for communities who deserve a seat at the table.
