What is REAL Negotiation?
REAL Negotiation is a set of skills that anyone can learn.  Skills to help you understand people, to deal with difficult personalities, to move beyond disagreement, and to create agreements.

The course is designed around the 3 Pillars of negotiation: emotional intelligence, tactics, and application and is designed as a specific learning model so you can both learn and practice the skills at the course – even if you’re on Zoom.

IMPORTANT! Attendance requirements: Live online course will be presented via ZOOM Meeting. The link to join the meeting will be sent in the confirmation email. Students will need a device with two-way video and audio capabilities and a (free) Zoom account. To verify attendance, students must keep their camera on for the duration of the course and respond to live polls. Clock hour credit will only be given to students with their camera on, who are present and visible on their camera during the course, and who participate in course polls/chat. Joe is a Master Course Developer, national speaker, author, consultant, and real estate broker and developer. He has written over 25 national training events and developed six national certification programs. He has taught over 40,000 real estate and business professionals across the US and Mexico. He is the recipient of two Instructor of the Year awards and he holds the certifications of CREA and CCIM. Joe also writes The Sunday Blog which goes out every week to thousands of his alumni all over the Americas and Europe.
