Why is New Construction Housing So Expensive?
Housing costs in Washington State are at an all-time high. Simply put, Washington State has too little supply of housing and what we have doesn’t align with the current demographics. It is very expensive to build in Washington State and there are many factors that contribute to that.

Finally, an interactive panel of industry professionals including builders, regulators and consultants will discuss other innovative solutions that may help the housing crisis.
