You’ll learn how the law, regulations, and everyday practices effect the closing and escrow process of real estate transactions. This course will equip you with essential title and escrow knowledge to help your clients navigate property purchases and sales confidently.

Instructor Randy Cornwall is the President of NexTitle Puget Sound. Randy is an active member of the Washington State Bar Association and is licensed by the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions as a Designated Escrow Officer and the Washington State Department of Licensing as a real estate Managing Broker. Randy is also a licensed continuing education instructor. Randy has founded, owned, and operated three independent escrow companies and has performed and supervised over ten-thousand real estate transactions in his career. His hobbies include skiing, coaching, and rooting for the Seahawks, Mariners, Huskies and Kraken.
